Home Owners / Sellers
- You don't have to get your HIP through your estate agent or solicitor. Why not let us provide your HIP instead. This way you will own your own, so that if you change estate agent you can take your HIP with you!
- Most energy and condition reports are generated as part of a HIP when homes are being sold, but they can be ordered at any time by people interested in looking to reduce energy costs and/or check the condition of their property.
